AMMA 8 Week Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. You must attend all weigh ins, photo shoots and body measurements which will be done at AMMA GYM.
Initial weigh in and information day :
Saturday May 11th
12:30 am - 2:30 pm
Final weigh in day :
Sunday June 23rd
9:30am - 11:30am
2. You must adhere to all nutritional advice and all workout plans.
You will be required to do a minimum of 5 x 1 hour workouts per week. This must include a minimum of 3 kickboxing for fitness classes per week at AMMA GYM.
Our fitness classes run every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9:30am, with evening classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. We also have a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 a.m. class running to get a sweat on before work.
3. If you can't attend the 5 required workouts at AMMA GYM per week, you will need to complete 2 sessions in your own time (these workout plans will be provided for you.)
