DOORS OPEN AT 2:30 p.m. for the competitors to weigh in.

Tournaments starts at 3:00 p.m. and will run till about 5:00 p.m. pending on the amount of competitors.

Sausage sizzle on the day.

REGISTRATIONS:

 All registrations MUST be completed and payment confirmed prior to the dead line cut off. All of the registrations are done via the smoothcomp website (you must have a valid smoothcomp account).

 When you register, you must complete the correct BELT, AGE and WEIGHT. Please do not guess your child's weight, there are scales at the gym to use.

WEIGH IN PROCEEDURE:

 All competitors must weigh in and be BELOW the maximum weight allowed for the division that you have registered for. If you miss the weight, you will forfeit your division.

 Prior to competing, all competitors must weigh in at the weigh in area.

 COMPETING:

 The tournament is a ROUND ROBIN event, which means that all competitors in the division must face each other at least once.

 The winner is based on the most amount of SUBMISSIONS in the division. There are NO POINTS or ADVANTAGES in the event, which allows the competitors to try for more submissions and learn how to move and roll.

MEDALS:

 All competitors will be awarded a MEDAL with the GOLD and SILVER medals being awarded to the top two SUBMISSION artist in the division. All other competitors will be awarded a BRONZE medal.

ITS ALL ABOUT FUN! This is a learning experience for the kids and the parents. We encourage you to cheer for your child, however remember that its all about FUN! We will 'educate' any parents that are a little zealous during the event.

There will be a sausage sizzle on the day, plus drinks etc available for purchase.
