CHRISTMAS CLASS SCHEDULE.

It’s the week before Christmas and we have our kids and adults schedule for the last training sessions of the year. . Monday to Wednesday is our full Kids and Adults classes running - no changes. . Thursday, all of our classes run till 1:00 pm as usual. There will be NO kids classes due to our Nerf Warz running between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm . From 5:30 pm there will be a Gi Optional Open mat running till 7:00 pm. Our Muay Thai class will run as usual between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm . There will be regular BJJ Open Mat and Open Gym sessions running through the holidays. Please check our Facebook members page for all the times. . We look forward to seeing you for our last week of training before Christmas. .
