Muay Thai Sparring Day

We had an awesome time at the sparring day yesterday with everyone getting to test their skills and have some fun.

Great work to all the fighters involved, you did an amazing job and looking forward to seeing some of you in the ring very soon.

Lastly a BIG Thank you to the coaches and cornering team, as they had their work cut out for them getting 11 competitors ready in time and for their top notch advice and cornering skills.
