With the increase in the amount of COVID-19 cases, we would like to remind you all of some easy to remember details to stay safe and help manage the spread of the virus.

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptom's, please don't train. Stay home, get tested and return to training when you're feeling better. Wash your hands regularly, don't wear the same clothes to multiple sessions, please try not to share the training gear.
