SUNDAY BJJ OPEN MAT

We are into full swing of training and getting as much ‘Rolling’ in as possible. AMMA will be running an Open Mat Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session from 9:30 am on Sunday. Gi Optional, kids comp team and adults.
